NW200 2026

NW200 Rally started at 5pm Friday 08/05 With Host Jane & Harry Aston and Co Host Iris & Bob McEwan. As people arrived some helpers stepped in Ken & Shelia, Peter & Marie, and Annie & Les, to help with traffic control setting up and parking all of the 83 Motorhomes safely. All went to plan, information sheets on arrival,  no blocking at the gate and space for everyone. 

     On Friday night we had Music by DJ Albert great choice for all ages. A coin toss for a bottle of Vodka was done during the evening , this raised £90 for chairman's charity and was won by Les Chambers, Les put the bottle up for auction and raised £42 winning bidder James Duncan. Music stopped as scheduled and everyone had a great night. 

     Saturday morning started with sunshine Beverly & Robert Coulter cooked fry's and raised money for chairman's charity. People relaxed some went to watch the racing and others for a nice walk around town.

       Saturday night Music by Niall with a fantastic range of music had all up dancing and enjoyable evening. Raffle done with a lot of goodies for everyone, great craic. Music came to a close at midnight and all retired to bed, a fantastic night.

     Sunday morning meeting 11am by Host Harry and Jane. A request put forward for Host for Cookstown Rally 29th-31st May if interested please contact club secretary.With the bottle toss £90 and auction £42 plus Beverly & Robert Coulter Fry's £50 a total of £182 was raised for chairman's charity. Number plate draw commenced was difficult as a lot had already left, we had 4 winners Albert & Olivia Everett, Robert & Joy Coulter,James & Janice Duncan, and Harry & Jane  Aston. 

     Meeting concluded and all helped clearing chairs and tables. Outside Host and Co Host plus helpers went around school grounds checking, clearing anything that shouldn't be left . Elsan closed at 1pm and gates at 2pm a fantastic weekend enjoyed by all looking forward to the next one.
