Our new venue in Donegal Livestock Market was hosted by Garry and Caryn Brown, assisted by Robbie and Irene Hewitt. Despite the rising cost of fuel there were 17 vans.
The town was a 10 minute walk and on Saturday most sampled the shops, restaurants ,Guinness, and places of interest in the town. (It was reported that some Christmas shopping was started!). A group discount was arranged for the waterbus trip and 29 members boarded for the afternoon sailing round Donegal Bay, islands and the seal colony.
On Saturday evening some hardy members gathered outside for a drink and a chat.
Coffee morning was held in pleasant sunshine. Sam thanked the hosts and co hosts and we were treated to cake in celebration of Elaine Kerrs birthday. Special thanks to Selma for procuring a new venue which was greatly appreciated. Members were reminded of the next few rallies and how to book for the NW weekend.
