Annual Dinner Dance 2026

Our 26 th Annual Dinner Dance will be held 9 th -11 th January 2026 in the Rosspark Hotel.

     Join family and friends for the most important social event of the year.

   "Despite the hotel price rising year on year, in the committee's commitment of giving back to our members, the club will subsidise  the dinner meaning that the price will remain again at only £35 per person. Early booking is advisable as numbers are limited.  FREE parking of Motorhomes in the hotel grounds on both the Friday and Saturday nights"  

There will be a 3 course Meal, dancing the night away on Saturday along with Tea, coffee and shortbread on Sunday morning.  £35 per person and will be open for bookings during our Limavady rally 7th – 9th November and any rallies thereafter until Dec 20th. Also available at the Rally will be our Raffle tickets @ £5 each.

     1 st Prize will be two nights B&B at the Rosspark the weekend of the Dinner – worth £240. 2nd Prize will be the cost of the dinner for 2 – worth £70.

     Double or Twin room £120 per night (including breakfast). Single room £100 per night (including breakfast).

Menu choice – 

Starter – Vegetable soup or Prawns and Aspargus

Main – Turkey & Ham or Roast Beef

Dessert – Pavlova or white chocolate/Raspberry Cheesecake.
Followed by Tea and Coffee. 

Sunday Morning – Tea coffee and Shortbread.
