Message No 4 from our Chairman - 10 September 2020


Dear Members

I want to provide clarification to one of the points covered in my last message issued on 3 September.

My request that members attend both nights of our Temporary Campsite at Magherafelt was for good practical Health and Safety reasons.

It has been brought to my attention that some members may be unable to attend both nights and so to facilitate them the following changes have been made.

  • Payment will be taken at the Stewards motorhome between 11.30 am and 1.00pm on Saturday.
  • Any member who only wishes to stay on the Friday night should make payment between the above hours and then leave the venue.
  • Any member who wishes to stay on Saturday night only should arrive and pay between the above hours.

If these arrangements continue to present a problem, please do not hesitate to contact me on 07842 217841.

The Stewards cannot get access to the school until after all the pupils and staff have left so I am asking you to please do not arrive on the school premises, which includes the access road, before 5.00 pm.
