Kings Hall 25 - 27 November

Thanks to our marshals Bailey, Betty, Stewart & Nat McDowell who warmly welcomed 34 motorhomes. Friday evening we had a chinwag over a cuppa or a glass of something, resting ourselves for a shop till we drop weekend. And on Saturday that's what we did! Some shopped from 10am to 10pm. The christmas continental market transforms the City Hall grounds into a bustling cosmopolitan village of 28 countries from around the world of finest crafts and gifts complimented by delicious foods. At St Georges, Ireland's oldest covered market, there was the finest artisan produce, antiques and local festive arts and crafts, a fantastic day out. Coffee morning on Sunday, Norman our Vice Chairman thanked everyone for coming and the marshals for another succesful rally. The two lucky members who won the number plate draw were Ben Robinson and Ian Hutton.

Christmas Dinner Killyhevlin

Killyhevlin Hotel, 2-4 December. 66 motorhomes in attendance and 160 people sat down for what was a lovely christmas dinner, followed by dancing into the wee small hours, that got rid of some of the calories!! Friday evening was Bingo. Saturday there were children's games, with Santa in attendance with gifts for the children, followed by games for the adults, a great time was had by all. Some members went into town to shop. It was a rather damp and wet weekend weatherwise, but this didn't dampen the members spirits. Sunday morning the Chairman welcomed all to the coffee morning and 6 lucky members won a rewards points voucher. Another excellent rally, thanks to all who helped.
